RIK Fine Home Building LLC is looking for a Sub Contractor/Woodworker/Laborer.

- Work with others in a team atmosphere.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Observe safety requirements and regulations at all times.
- Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs.
- Demonstrate basic general knowledge of construction best practices.
Contractor/ Woodworker/ Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree/trade certification also accepted.
- Current driver's license, valid and in good standing. Must be willing to commute to and from job sites.
- Minimum 1 years’ hands-on experience in the construction/ carpentry/ trade/ renovation field- or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 references that can be contacted.
